Here we have Tucans, Turtles, Hummingbirds and an Eagle all carved from Cocobolo (Rosewood, I believe is the English translation)

Here are some pictures of the Art that I am selling from Piriati. The money from the sales will go directly to the artists, so its a great benefit to the people. Let me know if you are at all interested.

This photo is from a reteat that Gabriel and I had with former CapCorp volunteers who were in Nicaragua. We had a great time hearing past experiences of CapCorp members and time to reflect on our current experience here in Panamá.

Above is a photo from a recent ¨Convivencia¨ (Youth Activity) in the church of Torti where we acted out dramas based on different parables and played games and were able to get to know one another better. Good times.

My neighbor, Mopri, the proud owner of a recently poured concrete floor. I joined the neighborhood in helping him get this floor poured a couple weeks back. Now, his son, Micail, will hopefully not be as sick as he has been with the dirt floor he was playing on before.
